Play.

“Play is what I incorporate most in therapy. Talking to a stranger can be challenging, especially for children. Play is a way to connect with children by allowing them to be creative and express how they’re feeling in ways other than just verbal communication. It makes our time together feel more natural and genuine- plus it’s fun!"

While you aspire to a life of success, real challenges are often inevitable and hard to manage. Navigating a difficult situation can feel lonely, exhausting, and overwhelming. It might feel like the world is against you with no end in sight.

Whether you lost a friend or loved one, your child is being sent home from school, or you’re constantly worrying about the future, some days simply feel unbearable. Fortunately, there are solutions, and together you and I can work through these challenges and make them more manageable.

My goal is to help you turn your challenge today into a success tomorrow. I’m happy to walk with you on your journey through the difficult times and help you celebrate progress. I’m proud of you for taking the first step: seeking help. That is a success that deserves to be celebrated.
