Patricia Barlow-Bray, LLMSW Therapist for teens and adults

Meet Patricia.

Patricia Barlow-Bray, LLMSW (She/They)

I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who sprinkles whimsy and fun into healing. If you have been seeking human connection and a therapist who is down to earth and can match your energy, you’ve come to the right place! My office space is intentionally informal and relaxed to support a healing environment. If “talk therapy” feels intimidating, or the idea of sharing about and exploring trauma, exploring your identity, building self-worth or focusing for a sustained amount of time feels daunting, no worries! We’ll work together to find a rhythm that best supports you and your needs.

I primarily work with survivors of sexual and domestic assault, individuals processing trauma, exploring gender and self identity, learning healthy relationships, navigating neurodivergence, building self-worth. I provide an affirming space designed for you to exist as you are and take up space without guilt or questioning if you are too much.  I offer a collaborative and curious approach in sessions, centering your strengths and resilience to help guide the therapy process. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Parts work (IFS), and mindfulness during sessions. Processing and healing looks different for everyone, I’m here to support and help you discover what that looks like for you.

When I am not in the office I am typically with my husband, dog, and cat, boxing, or collecting hobbies. I love finding new music, crafts, and recipes to cook. My favorite place to relax is somewhere in nature. Learning new things greatly interests me, and yes I do have an endless amount of irrelevant facts!

I offer in-person and online/telehealth sessions with daytime and evening appointment options.
