RESILIENCE.
The ability to adapt and overcome adversity. We all have resiliency within ourselves, therapy can allow us to explore the tools we need to trust our resilient self.
You deserve safety and acceptance in every stage of life. Together, we will find the tools you need to support and build your resiliency. I will work with you to create a safe and empowering space for you to be able to process, heal and fully embrace who your authentic self. Using a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to therapy allows you to take control of your healing journey. I’m an advocate by heart and I love to find ways to build self-advocacy for each client.
I have background in prevention and education outreach for healthy relationships, military personnel, sexual assault trauma, domestic violence and LGBTQIA+ education. I love nature and spending time bird watching and learning about animals. I’m always in the middle of some art or craft project. I go to boxing classes multiple times a week for my own self care. I love music to my core and will always have some tune in my head. My minor in undergrad was American Sign Language and Deaf Culture, which I still love to practice.
I offer both in-person and online/telehealth sessions for your convenience. As a Limited License Social Worker, I am supervised by a fully licensed therapist at our office. I look forward to working with you and welcome you to reach out if you feel we’d be a good fit!

I love the ability to foster community and connection with each client. I love being witness to clients fighting for themselves and finding their voice again after trauma. It is amazing and an honor to be a part of someone's journey no matter where it takes us. I love being able to be a comforting and open space for a client while they are finding the tools and resources they need.
